With Basic & Pro, you can create email-based completion notifications based on quiz scores you can use email merge /contact tokens that are saved with the score of the course completion and make a nice-looking email that can be used as completion.

In HubLMS Enterprise Here's a snapshot of what the certification screen looks like. The certificate is customizable by uploading your own certificate background and the system will automatically be updated with the name and certification date.
