How learners get added to the HubLMS

Registration Flow for New Users in LMS

1. Users get added to a list.
2. Registration email gets sent out to the user.
3. User creates username — which is their email — and password.
4. User goes to login screen.
5. User gets redirected to dashboard after signing in.
