      Installing, Using, and Removing the "Zoom for HubLMS" App from the Zoom Marketplace

      This guide will walk you through the process of installing the "Zoom for HubLMS" Zoom app from the Zoom Marketplace, detailing how to add the app, its features and use-cases, and the removal process.

      Adding the "Zoom for HubLMS" Zoom App

      1. Navigate to the Zoom Marketplace:
        1.   Sign in to your Zoom account.
        2.   Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and then click on your account name.
        3.   From the left-hand menu, click on "Advanced" and then on "App Marketplace".
      2. Search for the "Zoom for HubLMS" Zoom App:
        1.   In the search bar at the top of the page, type "Zoom for HubLMS" and press enter.
        2.   Locate the official "Zoom for HubLMS" Zoom app in the search results.
      3. 3. Install the "Zoom for HubLMS" Zoom App:
        1.   Approve the app, if required.
        2.   Click on the "Add" button next to the "Zoom for HubLMS" Zoom app title.
        3.   Review the permissions and click "Accept" to proceed.

      Usage

      Feature 1: Set up a HubLMS Event with Zoom Meeting Support

      * Use-case description: Schedule and initiate video meetings via a HubLMS Event with internal and external participants.

      * Prerequisites: Active Zoom account, adequate user roles and permissions, access to HubSpot.

      1. Create a Zoom Meeting via the Zoom desktop client.
      2. Create a HubLMS Event record in the Event object via HubSpot.
      3. Enter the "Zoom for HubLMS" Zoom app's ID, Secret and the Meeting ID from the newly created Zoom Meeting for that HubLMS Event record.

      Feature 2: Attending a HubLMS Event

      * Use-case description: Join a video meeting conducted via Zoom through HubLMS.

      * Prerequisites: Active Zoom meeting, adequate user roles and permissions, access to HubLMS.

      1. Find a HubLMS Event to attend.
        1.   Navigate to the HubLMS Event from wither the relatred Course Overview page or from your Dashboard.
        2.   Click on "Register" on that HubLMS Event page if you haven't done so already.
      2. Attend the HubLMS Event by navigating back to the HubLMS Event page and click on "Attend".

      Removing the Zoom App

      1. Navigate to the Zoom App Management page:
        1.   Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and then click on your account name.
        2.   From the left-hand menu, click on "Advanced" and then on "App Marketplace".
      2. Remove the Zoom App:
        1.   Locate the Zoom app in your list of installed apps.
        2.   Click on the "Remove" button next to the Zoom app.
        3.   Confirm the action when prompted.


      Implications of Removing the App:

      * Uninstalling the Zoom app will remove all features and associated data from your Zoom account.

      * This action is irreversible, and you will need to reinstall the app to regain access to its features.
