Impulse Creative became a Hubspot Certified Agency Partner in June of 2012, as a method of generating more qualified traffic and leads for our clients through their websites. All of our staff is Inbound Certified through Hubspot and we continue to expand our expertise on both Hubspot tools and inbound marketing through new certifications.
In addition to assisting our clients in building and executing their inbound marketing strategies, we’re pretty excited to have been one of the first two agencies within Hubspot to become certified in their revolutionary COS website design system. We now have the ability of offering our clients a complete and comprehensive way to use their website as a tool to invite, excite and retain the highest quality visitors who then become then become the highest quality customer.
The most exciting part about reaching the Gold status with Hubspot for us isn’t related to revenue or dollar signs, inbound marketing is our passion and our CHI score proves it. Customer Happiness Index is an internal algorithm Hubspot designed which measures engagement in various internet marketing activities. In essence, by using the data from about 10,000 customers, they’ve got a great handle on how much activity (e.g. blogging, active landing pages, email marketing, etc.) is needed to produce a successful inbound marketing campaign.
