What actually happens in the 90 minutes.
This page is the process, not the pitch. Read it and you'll know what we do before you arrive, what the whiteboard session covers beat by beat, and the shape of what you leave with.
The part that happens before you arrive.
Before the session, we run your public footprint through the same instruments we sell: how answer engines describe you, what your site exposes, and what your stack looks like from outside. You start the meeting with our homework done.
That's why the session moves fast. We're not asking what your company does; we're showing you what the machines think it does, and the gap between the two is usually the agenda writing itself.
The whiteboard, beat by beat.
The session runs three beats: what your company already knows, what it's forgetting, and which layer to build first. Your team talks more than we do.
What you know
We map your sources of truth live: systems, content, institutional memory. Your team corrects the pre-read in real time, and the corrections are data too.
What you're forgetting
Where knowledge exists and doesn't flow: the handoffs, the re-typing, the answers that live in one person. This beat usually produces the quote someone repeats internally later.
Which layer first
We place you on the maturity ladder and argue for a starting layer. Argue back. The recommendation survives or improves; either way you'll know why it's the one.
What you leave with.
A go-to-market clarity map and a recommended starting layer, delivered as a document within days of the session. Findings come at bucket level with one illustrative example per bucket.
The map shows the shape of the problem: which buckets are healthy, which leak, and one concrete example per bucket so nothing reads as hand-waving. It's honest enough to act on with anyone, including another vendor. It's not a work order, and it doesn't pretend to be one.
Validation matters too: we walk the map with you before it's final, so the document that circulates internally is one your team has already agreed is true.
How is this page different from /diagnostic?
That page is the offer and the booking. This one is the process, for the person who wants to see the machinery before committing 90 minutes to it. If you're already convinced, skip this and book.
