HubLMS.
Customer education that lives where your customer data lives. One record of who learned what.
The problem it removes.
Three capabilities, one scenario each.
Deliver courses inside HubSpot.
Courses, lessons, and quizzes run in your portal, on your domain, behind your existing auth. A customer signs in once and their learning lives next to their tickets, deals, and emails. Scenario: a new customer starts onboarding the day the deal closes, enrolled automatically by the same workflow that marked it won.
Learner progress as CRM data.
Every enrollment, completion, and quiz score writes to the contact record as native properties. Segments, workflows, and reports treat learning like any other lifecycle signal. Scenario: your CSM opens a renewal call already knowing the champion finished admin training and the rest of the team stalled at lesson three.
Training content as training data.
Because courses live in the portal, the rest of the stack can read them: Voice keeps them consistent, Surface can expose them, and agents can teach from them. Scenario: a support agent answers a how-do-I question by citing the exact lesson, because the lesson is a resource it can query.
HubLMS installs into your HubSpot portal. There's no separate platform, no second login, and no data layer to sync or secure. Your auth is the auth. Your CRM is the gradebook.
HubLMS activates the Kernel: learning becomes lifecycle data in the source of truth, readable by every report, workflow, and agent you run.
Asked by buyers like you.
How is this different from a standalone LMS?
A standalone LMS holds your training in its own database, behind its own login, with its own reporting. HubLMS holds it in your CRM. That one difference cascades: enrollment can be automated by lifecycle stage, completion can gate workflows, and a CSM sees learning history without opening a second tool. If your customers already live in your HubSpot ecosystem, a standalone LMS is a silo you're paying extra for.
What HubSpot subscription do we need?
HubLMS runs inside your existing portal, so the requirement is about which HubSpot features your plan includes rather than a separate infrastructure. The team at hublms.com can check your portal against the requirements before you commit to anything.
Can we migrate existing courses?
Yes. Course content, structure, and media move over; the work is mapping your current learner records to HubSpot contacts so history survives the move. Most migrations run alongside your live LMS until the switchover, so learners never lose access. Scope depends on volume and the system you're leaving, which is a scoping call, not a mystery.
Try it at hublms.com, or map it first.
The trial lives on the product's own domain. The diagnostic tells you whether this is the right layer to start with.
