WHAT IT ACTIVATES

The problem it removes.

SYMPTOM 01
Partner activity lives in spreadsheets and inboxes, invisible to the pipeline it feeds.
SYMPTOM 02
Deal registration disputes drag on because there's no system of record.
SYMPTOM 03
Partner-sourced revenue exists, and you can't attribute a dollar of it.

Three capabilities, one scenario each.

CAP 01

Deal registration inside HubSpot.

Partners register deals through a portal; registrations land as records in your pipeline with timestamps, ownership, and conflict checks built in. Scenario: two partners claim the same account, and instead of a week of email archaeology, the record shows who registered first and the rule decides.

CAP 02

Tiers and payouts as CRM objects.

Partner tiers, commissions, and MDF live as structured objects next to your deals, so partner economics run on the same reporting engine as everything else. Scenario: quarter-end payout reconciliation becomes a filtered view instead of a spreadsheet merge across three inboxes.

CAP 03

The partner portal as a Surface.

Partners get a logged-in surface for registrations, collateral, and status, on your domain and your auth. Scenario: a new partner self-serves onboarding, registers their first deal, and pulls approved co-brand collateral without a single call to your channel manager.

HubSpot-NATIVE

RocketPRM installs into your HubSpot portal. Partner records, registrations, and payouts are portal data from day one. No separate PRM database, no sync, no second source of truth.

LAYER 03 · KERNEL

RocketPRM activates the Kernel: your channel becomes pipeline data in the source of truth instead of a spreadsheet beside it.

Asked by buyers like you.

Does this require HubSpot?

Yes. RocketPRM is built portal-native on purpose: the entire value is that partner data lives inside your kernel rather than beside it. If you're not on HubSpot, the honest answer is that a standalone PRM will serve you better until you are, and we'd rather tell you that now.

How do partners log in?

Through a partner portal on your domain, using HubSpot's membership auth. You control access by partner record, so offboarding a partner is deactivating a record, not hunting down credentials. No separate identity system to manage or secure.

Can it handle MDF and payouts?

Yes. MDF requests, approvals, and payout calculations run as structured objects with workflow-driven approvals. Finance gets a report, not a shoebox.

What does migration from spreadsheets look like?

Shorter than you'd expect, because spreadsheets are already structured data. We map your columns to partner objects, import history, and run both systems in parallel for one cycle so the numbers can disagree in private. The painful part isn't the import; it's deciding the registration rules you never wrote down. That decision is part of setup.

THE DIAGNOSTIC

Try it at rocketprm.com, or map it first.

The trial lives on the product's own domain. The diagnostic tells you whether this is the right layer to start with.
