AI Maturity Program.
L1 to L4 deliberately.
For companies that want to move up the maturity model on schedule, not piecemeal. A multi-quarter engagement structured around the Four Moves — Discover, Expose, Wire, Operate. The flagship Agents offering. Most start at L1 and reach L4 inside 12 months.
AI Maturity Program is a Layer 04 service.
Every service we offer maps to one of four layers. AI Maturity Program sits in the Agents — the layer that owns ai consulting & co-pilots.
A program for the long game.
Most teams approach AI piecemeal: a Breeze rollout here, a chatbot there, an MCP experiment somewhere else. Each one ships and the company is still at L1 because the kernel underneath never changed.
The AI Maturity Program is the structured alternative. We assess where you are on the maturity model (L1 Disconnected → L5 Autonomous), define where you want to be at quarter end, and run the Four Moves — Discover, Expose, Wire, Operate — across the full stack. The kernel gets cleaner each quarter. The agents get more capable each quarter. By month 12 the company isn't experimenting with AI; it's operating with it.
The flagship Agents engagement. If your scope is narrower (one specific agent, one MCP server, one Breeze tuning), see the focused services. The Maturity Program is the multi-quarter umbrella.
The process.
Discover · maturity assessment + roadmap
Where you are on L1–L5. Where you want to be at each quarter end. Roadmap signed by the leadership team.
Expose · per-quarter scope
Each quarter has a defined level transition. Q1 might be L1→L3 (kernel cleanup, Breeze tuning); Q2 might be L3→L4 (first agents, MCP servers); etc.
Wire · execute the Four Moves
Discover, Expose, Wire, Operate — applied at every layer that needs work that quarter. Working ahead of the team, not chasing tickets.
Operate · review + advance
Quarterly maturity re-measurement. Roadmap updates. The team's capability grows alongside the platform's.
Documented maturity progression.
Things people ask before booking.
How long is the typical engagement?
12 months minimum. Most companies that reach L4 ran the program for 18–24 months. The compounding starts to dominate around month 9.
How is this different from the focused services?
Focused services solve one specific problem (one agent, one MCP server, one tuning project). The Maturity Program is the umbrella that sequences all of them across the full stack, on a maturity-progression schedule.
Is this only for companies on HubSpot?
Strongly preferred. The kernel work is the foundation, and HubSpot is where most of our kernel patterns live. We have run the program for non-HubSpot teams; the timeline doubles.
What's the financial commitment?
Multi-quarter retainer plus per-deliverable scope. The Diagnostic is the cleanest way to scope a real budget against your specific maturity gap.
What does success look like at 90 days?
An agent in production doing measurable work, with guardrails your team can audit. On the Maturity Model this is the L3 → L4 move: the kernel work made the data trustworthy, and now agents act on it. Ninety days proves the pattern; the quarters after it scale it.
See how ai maturity program fits into The Agents.
Before anyone deploys an agent, the diagnostic answers the only question that matters: is the layer underneath ready? Ninety minutes, your stack on the whiteboard, and a straight call on whether agents come next or kernel work comes first.
