Day AI Agent and Platform Setup.
AI agents, your virtual teammates.
Day AI gives your agents a shared memory built from every call, email, and meeting your team has ever had. Impulse Creative sets up the platform, builds each agent with a defined job and success criteria, and connects them to your customer data, whether it lives in HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM, and to the rest of your company's intelligence. You get virtual teammates that work from what actually happened in your business, set up once or supported over time.
Day AI Agent and Platform Setup is a Layer 04 service.
Every service we offer maps to one of four layers. Day AI Agent and Platform Setup sits in the Agents — the layer that owns AI consulting & co-pilots.
Most AI rollouts stall. Here's why this one doesn't.
The misconception is that buying the tool is the hard part. It isn't. Most companies we meet have high intentions for AI and a pilot or two that never spread, because nobody owned the setup, the data underneath wasn't trusted, and the agents had no defined job.
Day AI fixes the memory problem. It captures every call, email, and meeting without anyone logging a thing, so each agent works from what actually happened with your customers and shows the source behind every answer. We fix the ownership problem. Each agent gets a name, a job description, and success criteria before it goes live.
Then we build for the outcome. A simple agent answers a prompt. A teammate does the whole job. We start with what your company needs done, a pipeline that stays warm, new customers who get onboarded without a handoff dropping, a support queue that clears, and build the teammate that can carry that job end to end. Your customer memory connects to your CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or otherwise, and to the rest of your company's intelligence through CompanyMCP, so it has what it needs to finish the work. That's the move from Level 1 to Level 3 on our Maturity Model.
The process.
Discover · map the jobs worth handing off
We sit with your team and find the work that stalls, repeats, or waits on someone's memory, then pick the first two or three jobs a virtual teammate should own.
Expose · stand up Day AI and load the memory
We set up your workspace, connect calendar and inbox so every call, email, and meeting lands in customer memory, and write each virtual teammate's job description and success criteria.
Wire · connect your virtual teammates to the company
We link Day AI to your CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or otherwise, and to the rest of your company's intelligence through CompanyMCP, so every virtual teammate works from the same sources your people do.
Operate · onboard the humans, launch the teammates
We train your team to work with, correct, and grow their virtual teammates, then go live with your people supervising. You take it from there, or keep Impulse Creative on a Service Agreement to tune and expand the team.
What you have when the teammates are live.
Concrete, checkable, and yours to keep whether or not we stay on.
Things people ask before booking.
Do we need to be on HubSpot?
No. Day AI captures customer memory and can stand on its own. We can also connect it to HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM and wire it to whatever you run today.
Why do you partner with Day AI?
It's built the way we build. Day AI captures every call, email, and meeting without anyone logging, gives agents defined jobs, and shows the source behind every answer. It runs its own MCP server, so it connects to CompanyMCP cleanly. And the founding team spent a decade building HubSpot's product, which means it plays well with the tools most of our clients already have.
What does success look like at 90 days?
Most engagements move you from L1 (Disconnected) to L3 (Instrumented) inside one quarter. Concretely: the architecture is documented, the kernel is queryable, the first loop or surface is operating with real data, and your team can read the numbers without us in the room.
Do we have to switch our CRM to Day AI?
Not unless you want to. Day AI layers on top of your current CRM, or it can become the CRM. We scope either path and handle the migration if you move.
What happens after the virtual teammates go live?
Your team is onboarded and supervising. You can take it from there, or keep Impulse Creative on a Service Agreement to tune existing teammates and add new ones as the business changes.
