Blog optimization.
Make your old posts citable.
Most B2B blogs have 200–500 posts that nobody reads anymore. They're not bad. They're just illegible to the agents that now decide whether to surface them. We rebuild them so they earn citations again.
Blog optimization is a Layer 02 service.
Every service we offer maps to one of four layers. Blog optimization sits in the Voice — the layer that owns brand & omni-channel.
A library that still earns its keep.
Every blog has the long tail problem: posts written 2–5 years ago that still rank but barely convert and don't get cited. They're sitting there, depreciating. Each one is a chance to be cited if you fix the structure, tighten the claims, and add the schema.
We work through the library systematically. CLEAR-pass each post. Update the structure where it's broken. Add the schema. Tighten the claims. Re-publish. The traffic stays. The citations start to come in.
The process.
Discover · library audit
Score every post against CLEAR. Rank by traffic, conversion, and current citation rate. Prioritize the highest-leverage rework.
Expose · rework brief
For each post: what's broken, what to fix, what to add. Brief reviewed before any rework starts.
Wire · structural rework + schema
Headers re-organized. Claims tightened. Schema added. Inline sources verified. The post becomes quotable.
Operate · re-publish + measure
Re-published with proper redirects. Citation rate measured pre and post. Iterate on the rework template based on what works.
A library that earns again.
Things people ask before booking.
Will this hurt our existing rankings?
Not when we run it. Redirect plans are part of the process. URL structure is preserved where possible. Most posts gain rank, not lose it, because the rework also fixes signals that were quietly hurting them.
How many posts can you do per quarter?
Typical scope is 50–100. We can scale up to 200 with a larger team. The bottleneck is your review cycle, not our throughput.
What if a post is genuinely outdated?
It gets retired or merged into a more current post. Sometimes the right move is to consolidate three thin posts into one strong one with proper redirects. We make the call together.
What does success look like at 90 days?
A quarter of Voice work gets you a voice system in production, content shipping on a fixed cadence, and one story told the same way on every channel an LLM might scrape. Brand consensus is measured at the start and re-measured at day 90, so the movement shows up on paper, not in vibes.

Bring the messaging doc nobody follows. In 90 minutes we test your story against what your site, your CRM, and the AI engines actually say about you, and you leave knowing which version of your company is winning.
