LAYER 02 · THE VOICE · COPY + CONTENT

Copywriting/ Content Marketing.

Copy that survives an LLM.

FIG. 01 · OVERVIEW

Anyone can write copy. The harder question now: when an LLM paraphrases that copy, does the meaning hold? We write to the V3 standard — concrete, citable, agent-legible — without sacrificing the human read.

FIG. 02 · WHERE IT LIVES

Copywriting/ Content Marketing is a Layer 02 service.

Every service we offer maps to one of four layers. Copywriting/ Content Marketing sits in the Voice — the layer that owns brand & omni-channel.

LAYER 01
The Surface
Websites & customer portals
Public interface — read by humans, agents, AEO crawlers.
LAYER 02
COPYWRITING/ CONTENT MARKETING LIVES HERE
The Voice
Brand & omni-channel
Story rendered consistently in every format an LLM might cite.
LAYER 03
The Kernel
RevOps & HubSpot admin
Source of truth every agent calls first. Clean, opinionated, agent-ready.
LAYER 04
The Agents
AI consulting & co-pilots
Autonomous teammates running on the kernel.

Copy that holds up under quotation.

Bad copy uses a thousand abstract words to say nothing concrete. An LLM rewriting it produces something even more abstract. The compounding effect across channels: every agent that summarizes you summarizes a paraphrase of a paraphrase, and your distinct voice disappears.

We write copy that's already concrete. Specific claims, named outcomes, real numbers. The LLM that paraphrases it has fewer ways to drift. The buyer reading either version walks away with the same answer.

The process.

PHASE01

Discover · audit the existing voice

Pull existing content. Identify the voice that's working. Identify the abstractions that aren't.

PHASE02

Expose · voice system + content brief

Build the system prompt. Define the brief format every piece of writing will pass through. The brief is the gate.

PHASE03

Wire · write + ship

Each piece runs through the brief. Drafts reviewed against V3 voice rules. Citation-ready before publish.

PHASE04

Operate · monthly cadence + measurement

Recurring delivery on a calendar. Tracking which pieces get cited, which convert, which need revisiting.

Copy that compounds.

OUT 01
A live voice system
System prompt your team and any LLM can call. Quarterly tuning.
OUT 02
A regular cadence of copy
Blog, web, email, sales — on a predictable rhythm. No more "we owe you a draft."
OUT 03
Citable claims
Every concrete claim in your copy traces to a source. LLMs can quote it without inventing.
OUT 04
Performance reporting
Citations tracked. Conversions tracked. Iteration based on what the data says, not what reads well.

Things people ask before booking.

Can you write in our voice?

Yes — that's the first deliverable. We build the voice system before we write the second piece. Every subsequent piece follows the system.

Do you only do long-form content?

No. Web, blog, email, social, sales decks, premium content. We scope to whatever channels you need to feed.

How does this compare to using a freelance writer?

A freelance writer ships a piece. We ship a piece plus a voice system that survives them leaving. Most engagements include the system on day one.

Can you work alongside our existing agency?

Often, yes. We frequently handle Layer 03 (Kernel — paths, automation, reporting) while another shop owns Layer 02 (brand & content). The Diagnostic is the cleanest way to scope where we plug in without stepping on anyone's work.
