Brand Workshops.
Get the room aligned.
Brand consensus is what makes a company verifiable to AI agents across every channel. Most teams don't have it because they never had the conversation. The workshop is the conversation.
Brand Workshops is a Layer 02 service.
Every service we offer maps to one of four layers. Brand Workshops sits in the Voice — the layer that owns brand & omni-channel.
The brand consensus conversation.
Your brand exists in pieces — in your sales deck, in your founder's LinkedIn, in your support team's replies, in your last campaign that went viral. The pieces don't agree. The workshop is where we get them to agree.
By the end of two days you have: a consensus position on what you do and don't stand for, a working voice document, a list of the things you've been saying in each channel that need to come into alignment, and a 90-day plan to ship it.
The process.
Discover · pre-work
Pre-workshop interviews and a content pull, so day one opens on a draft read of your brand instead of a blank page.
Expose · the working session
Two days. Whiteboard. Real disagreements surfaced and resolved. No slides. The work happens in the room.
Wire · the brand document
Within one week: written brand consensus, voice rules, channel implications, owners and dates.
Operate · 90-day rollout
Implementation calendar. Channel-by-channel updates. Quarterly review of brand consensus across surfaces.
A brand the whole team can name.
Things people ask before booking.
How is this different from a traditional brand workshop?
A traditional workshop produces a brand statement nobody reads. Ours produces a working voice prompt, a 90-day rollout, and a measured consensus baseline that gets re-measured. The artifacts are different because the goal is.
How many people should attend?
Usually 6–12. Founders, marketing leadership, sales leadership, product, support. Smaller rooms move faster but produce shallower consensus. Bigger rooms slow down. We help you scope it.
Remote or in-person?
Either works. We have a strong preference for in-person on the first day. Day two can be remote. The room dynamics matter more than the location.
What does success look like at 90 days?
A quarter of Voice work gets you a voice system in production, content shipping on a fixed cadence, and one story told the same way on every channel an LLM might scrape. Brand consensus is measured at the start and re-measured at day 90, so the movement shows up on paper, not in vibes.

Bring the messaging doc nobody follows. In 90 minutes we test your story against what your site, your CRM, and the AI engines actually say about you, and you leave knowing which version of your company is winning.
