HubSpot Workshops.
Get HubSpot working for you.
Most teams use 30% of HubSpot. The other 70% is sitting there waiting for someone to define a buyer journey, set up automation, and connect reports to revenue. The workshop is where that happens.
HubSpot Workshops is a Layer 03 service.
Every service we offer maps to one of four layers. HubSpot Workshops sits in the Kernel — the layer that owns revops & hubspot admin.
HubSpot, actually configured.
Workshop output is usually a deck. Ours is a configured HubSpot. Two to three days. Whiteboard. Real disagreements surfaced. By the end of the room, you have: a defined buyer journey, lifecycle stages set, lead scoring keyed to your real ICP, automation tools mapped to actual workflows, reports tied to revenue.
The room is built to be the kernel-define moment. After the workshop, your team can run HubSpot as it was meant to be run.
The process.
Discover · pre-work
Pre-workshop interviews and HubSpot audit. We arrive with a working hypothesis about your kernel, not a blank slate.
Expose · the working session
Two to three days. Buyer journey mapped. Lifecycle stages defined. Lead scoring built. Automation tools mapped. Reports designed.
Wire · post-workshop configuration
Within one week we ship the configured HubSpot — the room's decisions, made real. Workflows live. Reports live. Team trained.
Operate · 90-day rollout
Implementation calendar. Owners. Dates. Quarterly review of how the kernel is performing.
A HubSpot your team can run.
Things people ask before booking.
How is this different from a HubSpot implementation?
An implementation does the technical setup. The workshop does the strategic decisions an implementation can't do for you. They're complementary — most teams need both.
Do we need to be on HubSpot already?
Yes. The workshop is for teams already paying for HubSpot who aren't getting their money's worth. If you're evaluating, do a Diagnostic instead.
Remote or in-person?
Either. We have a strong preference for in-person on day one. The room dynamics matter.
What does success look like at 90 days?
Most kernel engagements move you from L1 (Disconnected) to L3 (Instrumented) inside one quarter. That means: clean kernel, working assistants, teams trust the numbers. L4 and L5 are where the compounding starts. L3 is where the pain stops.

Ninety minutes inside your portal beats a discovery deck. We come in with a hypothesis about where your kernel breaks, check it against the real data model, and hand you a one-page map of what to fix first.
