Sales Workshops.
Map your sales process. Make it work.
Sales process optimization usually starts with a deck and ends with a deck nobody reads. Our workshop ends with a sales process that's real: stages defined, automation wired, reps trained, pipeline visible.
Sales Workshops is a Layer 03 service.
Every service we offer maps to one of four layers. Sales Workshops sits in the Kernel — the layer that owns revops & hubspot admin.
A sales process that actually runs.
Sales workshops usually produce a swimlane diagram in a deck. Three months later, the deck is forgotten and reps are back to running deals their own way. Pipeline is dirty. Forecasting is fiction.
Our workshop ends with HubSpot configured against the agreed process: deal stages defined, required properties enforced, workflows handling the routine work, reports tied to revenue. The reps run the process because the system requires it. The leadership team gets pipeline they can trust.
The process.
Discover · current state audit
Pre-workshop interviews. Deal-stage analysis. Pipeline data review. The room opens with a first read to argue against.
Expose · the working session
Two to three days. Deal stages mapped. Required properties defined. Handoffs agreed. The sales process gets settled in the room.
Wire · post-workshop configuration
HubSpot configured to match. Workflows live. Reports built. Team trained on the new process.
Operate · 90-day rollout
Weekly reviews through the rollout, until the process is how sales actually runs.
A sales process your team uses.
Things people ask before booking.
Is this just a HubSpot Sales Hub setup?
It's the strategic decisions HubSpot can't make for you, plus the configuration. The room agrees on what the process should be; we make HubSpot enforce it.
Will reps push back on the new process?
Some will. The rollout includes their training and the reasons. When the process makes their job easier (less data entry, cleaner handoffs), most reps come around quickly.
Do we need to be on HubSpot for this to work?
Strongly preferred. The whole point is that lifecycle data, automation, and reporting all live in one source. We have adapted the model to Salesforce + Pardot and to HubSpot + custom data layers, but timelines double and the kernel is harder to keep clean over time.
What does success look like at 90 days?
Most kernel engagements move you from L1 (Disconnected) to L3 (Instrumented) inside one quarter. That means: clean kernel, working assistants, teams trust the numbers. L4 and L5 are where the compounding starts. L3 is where the pain stops.
See how sales workshops fits into The Kernel.
Ninety minutes inside your portal beats a discovery deck. We come in with a hypothesis about where your kernel breaks, check it against the real data model, and hand you a one-page map of what to fix first.
