Sales Enablement Services.
Give sales what they need.
Sales enablement is supposed to be the bridge between marketing's output and sales' actual work. Mostly it's a SharePoint folder of decks nobody reads. We rebuild it as kernel work — sales gets context, content, and the playbooks they actually use.
Sales Enablement Services is a Layer 03 service.
Every service we offer maps to one of four layers. Sales Enablement Services sits in the Kernel — the layer that owns revops & hubspot admin.
Enablement that reps actually use.
The standard sales enablement output is a deck library nobody opens, a battlecard last updated 14 months ago, and a one-pager that misnames the product. Reps make their own materials because the official ones don't fit the conversation.
We rebuild enablement as a system: persona-tied playbooks, stage-specific content, talking points reps can use without modifying. The materials live where reps already work — HubSpot deal records, Slack, the chat. Sales picks them up because they help, not because compliance demanded it.
The process.
Discover · enablement audit
What materials exist. What reps actually use. Where the gaps are. Interviews with reps to understand the field reality.
Expose · enablement architecture
Per persona, per deal stage. What content lives where. How reps surface it in their workflow.
Wire · build + integrate
Decks, one-pagers, battlecards, scripts. Built against the brand and persona system. Surfaced in HubSpot at the moment reps need them.
Operate · iterate + maintain
Monthly review. Materials reps use get sharpened. Materials they don't get retired. The library stays useful.

Things people ask before booking.
Do you produce all the materials in-house?
Yes. Decks, battlecards, scripts, one-pagers, video. All written and designed in-house against the brand system.
How does this connect to HubSpot?
Materials surface inside HubSpot deal records. Reps see what they need at the deal stage they're in. We can extend to Slack, the chat platform, or wherever sales spends their time.
Can you do sales coaching too?
That's usually a separate engagement (Sales Workshop). Enablement is the materials. Coaching is the practice. We can run them together.
Do we need to be on HubSpot for this to work?
Strongly preferred. The whole point is that lifecycle data, automation, and reporting all live in one source. We have adapted the model to Salesforce + Pardot and to HubSpot + custom data layers, but timelines double and the kernel is harder to keep clean over time.
What does success look like at 90 days?
Most kernel engagements move you from L1 (Disconnected) to L3 (Instrumented) inside one quarter. That means: clean kernel, working assistants, teams trust the numbers. L4 and L5 are where the compounding starts. L3 is where the pain stops.

Ninety minutes inside your portal beats a discovery deck. We come in with a hypothesis about where your kernel breaks, check it against the real data model, and hand you a one-page map of what to fix first.
