CRM Buildout.
Build the CRM like the kernel it should be.
Most CRM buildouts ship a tool with everyone's wishlist crammed in. We ship a kernel — a deliberate data model your team and your agents can both call against without disagreeing.
CRM Buildout is a Layer 03 service.
Every service we offer maps to one of four layers. CRM Buildout sits in the Kernel — the layer that owns revops & hubspot admin.
A CRM that operates like architecture.
The standard CRM buildout is a feature dump: dashboards everyone asked for, properties marketing demanded, workflows sales insisted on, integrations IT bolted on. The result is a system nobody understands and everyone works around.
We build the CRM as architecture. Data model defined first, deliberately. Workflows minimal. Integrations purposeful. Reports tied to revenue, not to vanity. The kernel is legible from day one and stays that way because the governance is built in.
The process.
Discover · scope + business requirements
Working sessions to define what the CRM has to do. Stakeholder alignment on the data model. Decisions made in the room, not after.
Expose · data model + workflow design
Schema designed. Lifecycle stages mapped. Lead scoring defined. Workflows scoped — the minimum set that does the work.
Wire · build + integrate + migrate
HubSpot configured. Integrations live. Migration from old system (or old HubSpot) done cleanly. Reports built.
Operate · launch + train + govern
Phased launch. Team trained. Property governance documented. Quarterly review built in.
A CRM the whole team works in.
Things people ask before booking.
Are you a HubSpot Diamond Partner?
Yes. We're a Florida-based Diamond Partner, on HubSpot since 2012. We know where the bodies are buried.
How is this different from Database Management?
Database Management is cleaning up a HubSpot you already have. CRM Buildout is configuring one from scratch (or rebuilding one that's past saving). Different starting points, similar end states.
Can you migrate from Salesforce?
Yes. We've migrated from Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, custom systems, and "spreadsheet-as-a-CRM." The migration plan is part of the engagement.
Do we need to be on HubSpot for this to work?
Strongly preferred. The whole point is that lifecycle data, automation, and reporting all live in one source. We have adapted the model to Salesforce + Pardot and to HubSpot + custom data layers, but timelines double and the kernel is harder to keep clean over time.
What does success look like at 90 days?
Most kernel engagements move you from L1 (Disconnected) to L3 (Instrumented) inside one quarter. That means: clean kernel, working assistants, teams trust the numbers. L4 and L5 are where the compounding starts. L3 is where the pain stops.

Ninety minutes inside your portal beats a discovery deck. We come in with a hypothesis about where your kernel breaks, check it against the real data model, and hand you a one-page map of what to fix first.
