FIG. 01 · OVERVIEW

Most B2B sites have CTAs that go nowhere, offers that don't match the visitor, and a follow-up sequence that drops the ball at week two. We design the whole path — from the first touch through the last automation — so a buyer is never left wondering what comes next.

FIG. 02 · WHERE IT LIVES

Conversion Path Development is a Layer 03 service.

Every service we offer maps to one of four layers. Conversion Path Development sits in the Kernel — the layer that owns revops & hubspot admin.

LAYER 01
The Surface
Websites & customer portals
Public interface — read by humans, agents, AEO crawlers.
LAYER 02
The Voice
Brand & omni-channel
Story rendered consistently in every format an LLM might cite.
LAYER 03
CONVERSION PATH DEVELOPMENT LIVES HERE
The Kernel
RevOps & HubSpot admin
Source of truth every agent calls first. Clean, opinionated, agent-ready.
LAYER 04
The Agents
AI consulting & co-pilots
Autonomous teammates running on the kernel.

What a real conversion path actually is.

CC How a conversion path becomes a single funnel report your VP of Sales can quote on a Tuesday.

A conversion path isn't a CTA button. It's the full route a buyer takes from "never heard of you" to "signed contract" — and every offer, page, email, and automation that route depends on.

For each persona we design four moving parts: the top-of-path offer (the reason to give you a name), the landing page + form (the conversion mechanism), the thank-you state + auto-response (the immediate proof you're not a black hole), and the nurture sequence that keeps the door open until the buyer is sales-ready.

None of that is novel. What is novel is wiring the whole path through the Kernel — so the lead's path data is the same data your sales team, your reports, and your AI agents read. One source. No drift.

The process.

PHASE01

Persona + lifecycle audit

We pull every existing CTA, offer, and automation. We map each to a persona and a buying-stage. The gaps and the duplicates tell us where to start.

PHASE02

Path architecture

One path per persona, sketched end-to-end before a single asset gets built. We show you the wireframe. You approve it. Then we build.

PHASE03

Build · offer + LP + nurture

Premium content gets written. Landing pages get built against your design system. Workflows get wired in HubSpot with proper enrollment criteria — not the default.

PHASE04

Instrument + report

Every step is tracked: visit → form fill → MQL → SQL → close. The path becomes a single funnel report. Drop-offs become next quarter's roadmap.

What "done" looks like.

You finish with conversion paths that your sales team can name, your reports can measure, and your agents can read. Not just "the contact form" — a path per persona, with conversion rates and drop-off points your VP of Sales can quote in a Tuesday meeting.

OUT 01
A path per persona
Documented, wireframed, and shipped. No mystery routes.
OUT 02
Premium offers that earn the form
Written, designed, and gated with the right level of friction.
OUT 03
Nurture that doesn't ghost
Sequenced, branched on behavior, and tied to lifecycle stage.
OUT 04
One funnel report
Visit → form → MQL → SQL → close. End-to-end visibility in HubSpot.

Things people ask before booking.

Do we need to be on HubSpot for this to work?

Strongly preferred. The whole point is that lifecycle data, automation, and reporting all live in one source. We have adapted the model to Salesforce + Pardot and to HubSpot + custom data layers, but timelines double and the kernel is harder to keep clean over time.

How is this different from a "sales funnel"?

A funnel is a diagram. A conversion path is the actual mechanism — offers, landing pages, forms, automations, lifecycle transitions, and the report that ties them together. We build the mechanism, then we tune the diagram.

Do you write the premium content (the offers themselves)?

Yes. Premium content is included in the engagement — the eBook / checklist / template / calculator that earns the form fill is part of the work, not a separate line item. We interview your team for source material, then write and design it in-house.

What does success look like at 90 days?

Most kernel engagements move you from L1 (Disconnected) to L3 (Instrumented) inside one quarter. That means: clean kernel, working assistants, teams trust the numbers. L4 and L5 are where the compounding starts. L3 is where the pain stops.

Can you work alongside our existing agency?

Often, yes. We frequently handle Layer 03 (Kernel — paths, automation, reporting) while another shop owns Layer 02 (brand & content). The Diagnostic is the cleanest way to scope where we plug in without stepping on anyone's work.

Ninety minutes inside your portal beats a discovery deck. We come in with a hypothesis about where your kernel breaks, check it against the real data model, and hand you a one-page map of what to fix first.
