The Best Team You'll Ever Work With!
I truly cannot recommend the Impulse Creative team enough! They have a fantastic team of intelligent and kind people that are absolute experts at what they do and know how to deal with their clients. Often times, I feel like I'm their only client and I think that shows the level of intention and care this team puts into their work and each of their clients. From the most junior to the most senior of team members, everyone is always on their game. There's always very clear communication and quick turnaround times for deliverables. We've worked with them on HubSpot migration/Implementation (which includes training/onboarding) and are currently finishing up website copywriting and website migration over to HubSpot and I have not one negative thing to say. Their our go-to for anything and everything we need. Super efficient and quick with informational calls and quoting. Everyone has been phenomenal. You absolutely get what you pay for which is a knowledgable and efficient team, access to your senior leads, and excellent work/results. The best decision you'll make is to hire Impulse Creative for your business needs!
Lead Generation.
Find the leads that actually convert.
Most "lead generation" agencies sell volume. Volume is easy. The hard part is generating leads who fit your ICP, want what you sell, and are ready to talk. That's the work. We do the work.
Lead Generation is a Layer 03 service.
Every service we offer maps to one of four layers. Lead Generation sits in the Kernel — the layer that owns revops & hubspot admin.
Lead gen that doesn't embarrass sales.
The classic lead gen failure mode: the agency hits the volume target, sales gets buried in unqualified leads, complaints flow upward, the agency gets fired. We don't play that game.
We start from your ICP, run interviews to confirm, build campaigns against personas your sales team actually wants to talk to, and measure all the way through to close. The leads we generate are leads your sales team is grateful for.
The process.
Discover · ICP + persona alignment
Interviews with sales. Customer interviews. Map the personas that close. Confirm with the room before any campaign starts.
Expose · channel + offer strategy
Per persona, per channel. Which offers earn the form fill. Which channels they actually use. Reviewed before launch.
Wire · campaigns live
Paid, organic, partnership-driven. Each channel has a measured path: visit → form → MQL → SQL → close.
Operate · weekly delivery + reporting
Weekly campaign reviews with sales. Iteration on what closes. Pause on what doesn't. The report includes the campaigns we killed.
Leads your sales team thanks you for.
Things people ask before booking.
How is this different from "buying leads"?
We don't buy leads. We build campaigns that earn the leads — paid traffic, premium content, organic search, partnership-driven referrals. Earned leads convert; bought leads don't.
How long until leads are flowing?
Paid channels can flow in week 2. Organic and content-driven take 60–90 days to start compounding. Most engagements are mixed.
How do you measure success?
Pipeline created and revenue closed, attributed back to the channels and offers that produced them. Volume metrics (MQLs) are leading indicators, not the success criteria.
Do we need to be on HubSpot for this to work?
Strongly preferred. The whole point is that lifecycle data, automation, and reporting all live in one source. We have adapted the model to Salesforce + Pardot and to HubSpot + custom data layers, but timelines double and the kernel is harder to keep clean over time.
What does success look like at 90 days?
Most kernel engagements move you from L1 (Disconnected) to L3 (Instrumented) inside one quarter. That means: clean kernel, working assistants, teams trust the numbers. L4 and L5 are where the compounding starts. L3 is where the pain stops.
Why teams pick us for Lead Generation.

Ninety minutes inside your portal beats a discovery deck. We come in with a hypothesis about where your kernel breaks, check it against the real data model, and hand you a one-page map of what to fix first.
