Conversion Funnel Optimization.
Fix the funnel that's already there.
You don't need a new funnel. You need the one you have to actually work. We re-engineer each stage so leads stop falling out at the same broken seam every quarter.
Conversion Funnel Optimization is a Layer 03 service.
Every service we offer maps to one of four layers. Conversion Funnel Optimization sits in the Kernel — the layer that owns revops & hubspot admin.
Find the leak. Fix the seam.
Most B2B funnels have one or two specific seams where leads disappear: a thank-you page that breaks the path, a workflow that doesn't fire, a lead-scoring rule that never qualifies, a sales handoff with no context. The funnel as a whole isn't broken; one or two seams are.
We map the funnel stage-by-stage, find the actual seams, fix them, and watch what happens. Most "optimization" engagements end up moving conversion 20–40% on a single seam. The rest of the funnel was fine.
The process.
Discover · funnel mapping
Stage-by-stage analysis. Conversion rates at each step. Drop-off identification. The seams reveal themselves.
Expose · seam priority + hypothesis
Pick the highest-leverage seam. Write the hypothesis. Define the test. Reviewed before any change.
Wire · ship the fix
Page changes. Workflow rebuilds. Lead-scoring tweaks. CRM cleanups. One seam at a time, measured.
Operate · measure + iterate
Watch the data for 2–4 weeks per seam. Confirm or kill. Move to the next seam.
A funnel that closes more.
Things people ask before booking.
Is this just CRO?
It overlaps. CRO usually focuses on landing-page elements. We look at the whole path — page conversion is one seam among many. Workflow seams and CRM seams often move the needle more.
How do you measure success?
End-to-end conversion rate from visit to close, with attribution to the specific fixes that moved it. Plus stage-by-stage metrics so we know which fix did what.
How long until we see results?
2–4 weeks per fix to confirm. Most engagements run 4–8 fixes. End-to-end conversion lift is usually visible by week 6.
Do we need to be on HubSpot for this to work?
Strongly preferred. The whole point is that lifecycle data, automation, and reporting all live in one source. We have adapted the model to Salesforce + Pardot and to HubSpot + custom data layers, but timelines double and the kernel is harder to keep clean over time.
What does success look like at 90 days?
Most kernel engagements move you from L1 (Disconnected) to L3 (Instrumented) inside one quarter. That means: clean kernel, working assistants, teams trust the numbers. L4 and L5 are where the compounding starts. L3 is where the pain stops.

Ninety minutes inside your portal beats a discovery deck. We come in with a hypothesis about where your kernel breaks, check it against the real data model, and hand you a one-page map of what to fix first.
