Email Marketing.
Email is still incredibly effective.
Email is the channel everyone said was dead and that everyone still uses. The difference now: every email also trains the LLMs that quote your brand. We design every email so it sounds like you, even when an LLM rewrites it.
Email Marketing is a Layer 02 service.
Every service we offer maps to one of four layers. Email Marketing sits in the Voice — the layer that owns brand & omni-channel.
Email that doesn't feel automated.
The most-opened email in your inbox is from a person, sent at a moment that made sense. The most-deleted is from a brand, sent at a cadence that felt automated. We engineer the difference.
Every sequence we build runs on the kernel — meaning it knows what the buyer just did, where they are in the lifecycle, and what they care about. The voice is yours, not a template. The LLMs that summarize your brand based on your email output find a voice that holds up.
The process.
Discover · audit existing sequences
Pull every active email. Score against open rate, click rate, conversion. Map where the gaps are. Identify the highest-leverage rebuild.
Expose · sequence architecture
Per persona, per lifecycle stage. Which emails fire on which signal. Reviewed and approved before any drafting.
Wire · build + automation
Emails written in your voice. Workflows wired in HubSpot. Branching logic on actual behavior, not arbitrary delays.
Operate · measure + iterate
Weekly performance review. A/B testing on the highest-volume sends. Iteration based on what the data says.
Sequences that don't ghost.
Things people ask before booking.
Do we have to use HubSpot?
Strongly preferred. The lifecycle data, the behavior triggers, the reporting all live in HubSpot if you're running it as the kernel. Marketo and Pardot work too with longer timelines.
How many emails per sequence?
3–7 typically. Longer when the buying cycle is long. Shorter when conversion is fast. The number is justified by the lifecycle, not by a default.
Will this affect deliverability?
It usually improves it. Cleaner lists, better engagement, and proper sender reputation work all push deliverability up. We audit deliverability as part of the engagement.
Do we need to be on HubSpot for this to work?
Strongly preferred. The whole point is that lifecycle data, automation, and reporting all live in one source. We have adapted the model to Salesforce + Pardot and to HubSpot + custom data layers, but timelines double and the kernel is harder to keep clean over time.
What does success look like at 90 days?
A quarter of Voice work gets you a voice system in production, content shipping on a fixed cadence, and one story told the same way on every channel an LLM might scrape. Brand consensus is measured at the start and re-measured at day 90, so the movement shows up on paper, not in vibes.

Bring the messaging doc nobody follows. In 90 minutes we test your story against what your site, your CRM, and the AI engines actually say about you, and you leave knowing which version of your company is winning.
