FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

FORT MYERS, Fla., September 16, 2026. Impulse Creative today announced it is a certified partner in the Day AI Partner Program. The agency will scope, build, and deploy Day AI agents inside client workspaces, as a one-time setup or with ongoing support. For B2B companies, the partnership puts customer memory and working AI agents within reach, whether they keep the CRM they run today or move to Day AI.

Day AI, founded by former HubSpot Chief Product Officer Christopher O'Donnell, builds a shared customer memory from every call, email, and meeting a team has ever had. Nobody logs anything. Agents work from that memory, each with a defined job, and every answer traces back to the conversation that produced it. Impulse Creative has spent nineteen years on the HubSpot side of the same problem. A company already contains its intelligence. It's scattered across the CRM, Slack threads, meeting recordings, and the heads of the people who've been there longest. The work is exposing it so people and agents can use it.

What the partnership means for clients

Agents with jobs, set up by a team that knows the work. As a certified Day AI partner, Impulse Creative sits inside a client's Day AI workspace and builds the AI team: each agent gets a name, a job description, and success criteria, whether that's prepping reps before every call, triaging new customers after the sale, re-engaging accounts that went quiet, or drafting content from what customers actually said. Clients can keep the CRM they already run, with Day AI layered on top, or make Day AI the CRM. Impulse supports either path. Its AI consulting and RevOps and GTM engineering teams handle the setup, including any migration. Clients can take it from there, or keep Impulse on for ongoing support as the agents and the business change.

The partnership is built around Impulse's five-level AI Maturity Model, which runs from Level 1, where tools don't talk to each other and knowledge lives in people's heads, to Level 5, where agents run business processes with humans supervising.

"Nearly every company we talk to intends to put AI to work across the organization. Very few are set up for it yet. Their tools don't talk to each other, nobody fully trusts the numbers, and the process lives in someone's head. That's Level 1 on our Maturity Model. We call it Disconnected. Level 3 is Instrumented: the systems are clean, the data holds up, and agents have something solid to work from. Our job is getting clients from Level 1 to Level 3 and beyond, because that's where AI stops being a pilot and starts delivering across the company."

Customer data connected through Company MCP. To give Day AI agents the fullest picture of a client's business, Impulse connects the rest of the stack through Company MCP, its Model Context Protocol platform. Company MCP reads HubSpot, Slack, Notion, QuickBooks, and Day AI's own MCP server (MCP is an open standard that lets AI tools call a company's data directly), and gives people and agents the same cited answer in whichever tool they open.

What the founders said

"Christopher spent a decade building the CRM most of our clients run on. Now he's built the memory layer that sits on top of it. We've spent nineteen years getting companies onto HubSpot and cleaning up what they put there. Put the two together and a client's agents finally work from what actually happened in the business. Some clients want us for the setup. Some want us around after. Either way they get a team that's done this before."

Remington Begg, Founder and CEO, Impulse Creative

"I've known Remington for a long time, and Impulse has been doing the hard work of making a company's data trustworthy since before anyone was talking about agents. That's the partner you want sitting in a client's workspace. I'm excited to work with Remington and the Impulse Creative team, and to see what they build on Day AI."

Christopher O'Donnell, Founder and CEO, Day AI

How to start

Companies can read about the partnership and how it works. Every engagement opens with the Diagnostic, a 90-minute working session that maps what a company already knows, what it's forgetting, and which layer to build first. Companies that want Day AI connected to their wider stack can join the Company MCP waitlist at companymcp.com.

About Day AI

Day AI is the context graph and agent control plane for go-to-market teams. It is what comes after CRM. Day AI ingests and connects every meeting, email, and call into a single source of customer memory, with every fact traced to its source. Teams build AI agents on top of the context graph, and deploy and govern them through the agent control plane. Agents take on standing roles, act on that memory, and show the source behind every answer. Day AI was founded by Christopher O'Donnell and is backed by Sequoia, Conviction, Sound Ventures, Pillar, Permanent Capital, and Greenoaks. Learn more at day.ai.
