Loop Marketing.
Inbound, evolved into loops.
Loop Marketing is HubSpot's evolution of the inbound flywheel for the AI era — buyers no longer move down a funnel, they cycle through four loops: Express, Tailor, Amplify, Evolve. We architect each loop in your portal so every touchpoint feeds the next.
Loop Marketing is a Layer 03 service.
Every service we offer maps to one of four layers. Loop Marketing sits in the Kernel — the layer that owns revops & hubspot admin.
The funnel is over. Loops compound.
The linear funnel — top, middle, bottom — was built for a buyer who started in awareness and moved patiently through stages. That buyer is gone. Today's B2B buyer cycles in and out, asks an AI agent, talks to peers, returns months later. The funnel forces them into a shape they don't move in.
HubSpot's Loop Marketing model — an evolution, not a revolution, of inbound — replaces the linear funnel with four loops that feed each other. Express your position to the right audience. Tailor the message to the segment. Amplify it across the channels they're actually in. Evolve based on what the signal tells you. Each loop has its own content, its own measurement, its own automation. They overlap and reinforce.
We architect each loop in HubSpot so the data flows correctly, the content reaches the right loop, and the customer never feels routed.
The process.
Discover · audit current funnel
Map your current funnel to the four loops — Express, Tailor, Amplify, Evolve. Find where the loops break — usually at Evolve, where most B2B teams never close the feedback loop. Baseline the friction.
Expose · loop architecture
Define each loop: its purpose, its content, its measurement, its handoffs. Wire the lifecycle stages in HubSpot to reflect loops, not just funnel stages.
Wire · build the loops in HubSpot
Per-loop workflows. Per-loop content tracks. Per-loop reporting. Customers move between loops based on behavior, not on a stage advance.
Operate · loop-level optimization
Weekly review of each loop's health. Monthly review of cross-loop velocity. Quarterly evolution of the architecture as buyer behavior shifts.
A motion that compounds.
The point of the loop model is compounding: Evolve feeds back into Express, Tailor sharpens with every cycle, Amplify reaches further as the signal gets cleaner. You finish with a marketing motion that gets stronger over time.
Things people ask before booking.
Is Loop Marketing replacing inbound?
It's the evolution of inbound, not a replacement. The core inbound principles still hold — earn attention, provide value, build trust. Loops are the structural update for how today's buyer (and their AI agents) actually move through that motion.
Do we have to abandon our existing funnel reports?
No. The funnel stays as a measurement view. Loops add a view that matches how buyers actually move. Most clients keep both for the first two quarters, then quietly stop opening the funnel dashboard.
How does Loop Marketing connect to AEO?
Directly. The Express and Amplify loops are where AI agents pull citations — Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews. Loop Marketing makes the citation surface part of Amplify's instrumentation, and the citation signal part of Evolve's feedback — not an afterthought on either end.
Do we need to be on HubSpot for this to work?
Strongly preferred. The whole point is that lifecycle data, automation, and reporting all live in one source. We have adapted the model to Salesforce + Pardot and to HubSpot + custom data layers, but timelines double and the kernel is harder to keep clean over time.
What does success look like at 90 days?
Most kernel engagements move you from L1 (Disconnected) to L3 (Instrumented) inside one quarter. That means: clean kernel, working assistants, teams trust the numbers. L4 and L5 are where the compounding starts. L3 is where the pain stops.
See how loop marketing fits into The Kernel.
Ninety minutes inside your portal beats a discovery deck. We come in with a hypothesis about where your kernel breaks, check it against the real data model, and hand you a one-page map of what to fix first.
