Website ReDesign.
A redesign that buyers AND agents can read.
You don't have a content problem. You have an exposure problem. Most B2B sites built before 2024 are illegible to the AI agents now answering your buyers' questions. We rebuild yours so both audiences can read it.
Website ReDesign is a Layer 01 service.
Every service we offer maps to one of four layers. Website ReDesign sits in the Surface — the layer that owns websites & customer portals.
A rebuild your old agency cannot do.
The agency that shipped your last site optimized for one read: a human, on a desktop, scrolling. That work is still valid. It is also no longer enough. The buyer your last site was built for now starts in an LLM, gets a summary, then maybe clicks through.
We rebuild the surface for both audiences. The information architecture, the schema layer, the entity graph, the claim-to-source mapping — all the pieces that determine whether an AI agent quotes you correctly or invents something. None of that work is visible to the human eye. All of it is what makes you findable now.
The process.
Discover · audit existing surface
CLEAR audit of every page. Citation baseline against top competitors. Map of where you're invisible to agents and why.
Expose · entity graph + content model
Define the company as a graph (entities, claims, sources). Migrate existing content into the new model without losing the work that's already converting.
Wire · build the new surface
Page-by-page rebuild against the new architecture. Every claim traced. Every page tested for CLEAR before launch.
Operate · launch + citation tracking
Coordinated launch. Daily citation monitoring from day one. Quarterly re-audit so you don't drift back to invisibility.
A site that compounds.
Most redesigns are a one-time spike. Ours compounds — each quarter the surface gets more cited, more legible, more useful to your sales team and your buyers' agents alike.
Things people ask before booking.
Will the redesign hurt our existing SEO?
Not when we run it. The migration plan preserves URL structure where possible, redirects everything else, and tightens claims rather than rewriting them. Most clients see citation-rate increases inside 30 days post-launch — not drops.
How is this different from a CMS migration?
A CMS migration moves the same content into a new tool. A V3 redesign restructures the content itself so it's legible to a different reader (an AI agent) than the one your last site was built for.
How do you make sure agents cite this correctly?
Every page we ship gets schema, semantic chunking, and explicit claim-to-source mapping. We run it through CLEAR (our public AEO methodology) before launch. Then we monitor citations across Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews from week one.
What does success look like at 90 days?
For Surface work: priority pages passing CLEAR, citation tracking live from week one, and the first measurable movement in how often AI engines cite you — typically between day 30 and day 90, because indexing runs slow at the start. The site keeps converting the humans it always did; now the agents deciding whether to send them can read it too.
Can you work alongside our existing agency?
Often, yes. We frequently handle Layer 03 (Kernel — paths, automation, reporting) while another shop owns Layer 02 (brand & content). The Diagnostic is the cleanest way to scope where we plug in without stepping on anyone's work.
See how website redesign fits into The Surface.
The diagnostic starts where your buyers do: we walk your live site the way an AI engine reads it, then spend 90 minutes showing you exactly where the surface layer leaks. No slides — just your pages on the screen and a fix list in priority order.
