FIG. 01 · OVERVIEW

A traditional redesign ships a static site every two years and watches it decay. Growth Driven Design ships a smaller launchpad faster, then keeps adding to it every month based on what buyers (and their agents) actually do with it.

FIG. 02 · WHERE IT LIVES

Growth Driven Design is a Layer 01 service.

Every service we offer maps to one of four layers. Growth Driven Design sits in the Surface — the layer that owns websites & customer portals.

LAYER 01
GROWTH DRIVEN DESIGN LIVES HERE
The Surface
Websites & customer portals
Public interface — read by humans, agents, AEO crawlers.
LAYER 02
The Voice
Brand & omni-channel
Story rendered consistently in every format an LLM might cite.
LAYER 03
The Kernel
RevOps & HubSpot admin
Source of truth every agent calls first. Clean, opinionated, agent-ready.
LAYER 04
The Agents
AI consulting & co-pilots
Autonomous teammates running on the kernel.

Continuous shipping, not stale launches.

The traditional 6-month redesign ships a site that's already 6 months out of date. Growth Driven Design ships a launchpad in week 8, then adds the highest-leverage page each month after that. The site gets sharper as it learns. The data drives the roadmap, not a designer's opinion frozen in week one.

We run GDD on top of the V3 architecture: every shipped page passes CLEAR. Every iteration deepens the entity graph. The longer the engagement, the more legible your site becomes to both humans and agents.

The process.

PHASE01

Discover · strategy + wishlist

Audit the current site, score it against CLEAR, build a 12-month wishlist of pages and components — prioritized by buyer intent and agent legibility.

PHASE02

Expose · launchpad design

Ship the foundational 5–8 pages first. Less than the full eventual site, more than a placeholder. Real conversion mechanics from day one.

PHASE03

Wire · monthly sprint cadence

Every month we ship the next-highest-leverage page (or component). Each one passes CLEAR before going live.

PHASE04

Operate · review and re-prioritize

Quarterly review of citation data, conversion rates, and the wishlist. The roadmap reshapes around what the data says works.

A site that improves on schedule.

You finish each month with a measurably better surface — not a finished one, because there is no finish line.

OUT 01
A live launchpad
Foundational pages shipped fast. Conversion mechanics live from day one.
OUT 02
A monthly cadence
Predictable shipping rhythm. Stakeholders know what's next, when it ships, and why.
OUT 03
A learning surface
Heatmaps, A/B tests, citation tracking — feeding the next month's priorities.
OUT 04
A roadmap that updates
No more "set it and forget it" redesigns. The roadmap reshapes around what the data says works.

Things people ask before booking.

Is this just agile applied to web design?

It's the discipline of agile, with the strategic shape of a traditional redesign. The launchpad gives you a coherent v1. The sprints keep it from going stale. Most agencies do one or the other. We do both.

Can you switch us from a finished redesign into GDD?

Yes. We can pick up after another agency's redesign and apply the GDD model to keep it from decaying. We'll start with a CLEAR audit to find the highest-leverage first sprint.

What does success look like at 90 days?

For Surface work: priority pages passing CLEAR, citation tracking live from week one, and the first measurable movement in how often AI engines cite you — typically between day 30 and day 90, because indexing runs slow at the start. The site keeps converting the humans it always did; now the agents deciding whether to send them can read it too.

Can you work alongside our existing agency?

Often, yes. We frequently handle Layer 03 (Kernel — paths, automation, reporting) while another shop owns Layer 02 (brand & content). The Diagnostic is the cleanest way to scope where we plug in without stepping on anyone's work.

How does this work with paid traffic?

Each sprint can include a dedicated landing page or experiment for paid traffic. The launchpad has the conversion mechanics; sprints can add high-velocity test pages without disturbing the canonical site.

LAYER 01 · DIAGNOSTIC

See how growth driven design fits into The Surface.

The diagnostic starts where your buyers do: we walk your live site the way an AI engine reads it, then spend 90 minutes showing you exactly where the surface layer leaks. No slides — just your pages on the screen and a fix list in priority order.
