Ad Retargeting.
Bring back the ones who left.
Most B2B traffic visits, leaves, and never comes back. Retargeting is how you stay in the room without buying their inbox. We run it as kernel work — segmented, sequenced, and tied to lifecycle.
Ad Retargeting is a Layer 03 service.
Every service we offer maps to one of four layers. Ad Retargeting sits in the Kernel — the layer that owns revops & hubspot admin.
Retargeting that doesn't feel creepy.
Bad retargeting follows the buyer with the same ad for six months until they hate your brand. Good retargeting reads what they did on your site and serves an ad that helps them take the next step. The difference is whether you have the kernel data to know what step they're actually on.
We run retargeting as a sequenced, segmented program tied to lifecycle. Visitors to the pricing page see different ads than visitors to the blog. Visitors who already filled a form see different ads than visitors who didn't. Sales-conversation viewers see different ads than first-time visitors. Each ad respects the relationship.
The process.
Discover · audit existing retargeting
Current audiences. Current creative. What's working. What's annoying. Where the lifecycle data isn't flowing.
Expose · audience + sequence design
Behavior-segmented audiences. Sequenced creative — what they see in week 1 differs from week 4. Lifecycle-aware suppression.
Wire · launch + integrate
Audiences live. Pixels firing. Lifecycle data flowing. Suppression running so converted leads don't see prospect-stage ads.
Operate · weekly creative + monthly reporting
Weekly creative refresh on the highest-traffic audiences. Monthly review tied to revenue, with stale creative rotated out before audiences tune it out.
Retargeting buyers tolerate.
Things people ask before booking.
Will this still work with cookie deprecation?
Yes — we use first-party data through HubSpot wherever possible. The kernel-driven audiences survive cookie deprecation because they don't depend on third-party cookies.
Which platforms?
Google Display, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube. We pick based on where your buyers are and where your retargeting budget gets the best return.
Do you do programmatic too?
For larger budgets, yes. Programmatic adds reach and inventory at scale. For most B2B clients, native platform retargeting is more cost-effective.
Do we need to be on HubSpot for this to work?
Strongly preferred. The whole point is that lifecycle data, automation, and reporting all live in one source. We have adapted the model to Salesforce + Pardot and to HubSpot + custom data layers, but timelines double and the kernel is harder to keep clean over time.
What does success look like at 90 days?
Most kernel engagements move you from L1 (Disconnected) to L3 (Instrumented) inside one quarter. That means: clean kernel, working assistants, teams trust the numbers. L4 and L5 are where the compounding starts. L3 is where the pain stops.

Ninety minutes inside your portal beats a discovery deck. We come in with a hypothesis about where your kernel breaks, check it against the real data model, and hand you a one-page map of what to fix first.
